Weak Muscles

Assisted Stretching will stretch your muscles in ways that cannot be done on your own. Stretching done by another person will allow you to relax and receive the full benefit of the stretch experience. Your trainer can stretch your muscles in directions that are impossible for a person to do on their own. Lengthening muscles reducing pressure on your joints and reduces pain. Stretching feels really good! It signals your body to relax and stimulates blood flow to yoiuor muscles and deep tissues.

Triger Point release is getting the knots out of a muscle or the covering fascia. Removing knots will allow your muscles to relax and stop being so tense. Knots will shorten the muscle and make it weaker. Removing knots will relieve tension on your joints and your muscles can then be stretched more effectively.

Muscles provide stability for your joints. If a muscle is weak, it shortens, and your joint is restricted. Strengthening your muscles will stabilize your joints and thereby reduce inflammation from excessive tension inside your joints.

Your body will return to it's natural state and move easily and freely. Pain wil be less of a concern or may disappear entirely.
